I've had the heebie-jeebies in the presence of certain things, like when I was in a church on Assisi, there was this crucifix which allegedly spoke to st Francis, and as soon as I saw it my skin crawled and I had to get out of there! I've often had the heebie jeebies in the presence of weird religious stuff like pagodas, crucifixes and sacred sites.

The great thing is, knowing Armageddon's bit gonna spring suddenly, I know I have time to explore Jesus etc. As a Jw, everything has to be done NOW! Cuz Armageddon could come ANY MINUTE!

Ah yes, I've done the breath sort of one: my old psychologist taught me to do it to control my anxiety. I too have depression and anxiety, and I've heard ages ago that meditation can help, but it was one of those JW no-nos because apparently it can lead to demon possession.

So what do you do? Just sit there with your eyes closed and focus on Jesus? I've always been an over-thinker. It will be difficult but useful to shut off the interminable internal monologue for a few minutes.
